SU Wins the PCH Invitational

The Simpson men's golf team finished at the top of the team leaderboard to win the PCH Invitational at Quail Lodge Golf Club in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Calif.  The Red Hawks completed two rounds on the course at +29, eight strokes in front of Westmont and three other NCAA DII programs.  Justin Kiester produced the lowest score at 4-under the Par 71, 6386-yard course, the only golfer in the field of 19 to finish below par.  Kiester carded 69s on both days of the tournament to finish seven strokes in front of teammate Trey Alwert, who placed second with rounds of 73-72—145.
