Simpson’s Ferreira earns CAC Player of the Week Honors for Women’s Volleyball

The Continental Conference released its Player of the Week awards for women's volleyball and selected Westcliff's Amanda Ferreira as Setter of the Week. Ferreira, a senior setter from Sao Paulo, Brazil, led the Warriors with 57 assists, 38 against Occidental College, and four aces to help the Warriors go 2-0 last week. She also averaged 8.14 assists per set in that two-game span.
