If the Cal Pac women's soccer all-conference selections are a picture of what is to come, then the prospects are indeed bright for the league's future of the sport. A combined twenty underclassmen dominated the teams, including the co-players of the year - junior Courtney Opie from Simpson University, and sophomore Lindsey Cesena from William Jessup University.

Holy Names women soccer has been named the Cal Pac champion after regular season winner William Jessup forfeited two league contests following their discovery of an administrative error. HNU's record is now 11-8-0 overall, 9-1-0 in conference action. The Hawks advance to play #6 Concordia (Ore.) in the NAIA national tournament on Nov. 21 in Portland.
