Dominican University senior forward Chris DeMarco was selected as the California Pacific Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the dates of November 24^th through December 1^st, 2008.

The Appleton, Wisconsin native averaged 25 points in two games for the Penguins this weekend as they went 1-1 in the County Bank Classic in Turlock. DeMarco scored 23 points in a loss versus the University of Puget Sound and had his fourth double-double of the season as the Penguins beat host team NCAA Division II CSU Stanislaus 91-83.
