CSU East Bay junior guard Marie Colon was selected as the California Pacific Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the dates of November 17^th through 24^th, 2008.

Colon scored 30 points on 9 of 12 shooting from the field, 3 of 4 from behind the three point line and 9 of 12 from the free throw line. Colon added five rebounds and three steals as the Pioneers lost a nail-biter 104-103 to California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks.
