Holy Names University senior Danika Potestio averaged 14.5 points in the Hawks 1-1 week and was selected as the California Pacific Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the dates of October 31st through November 6th, 2011.
Potestio, a native of San Lorenzo, California averaged 14.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 8.5 assists and 1.5 steals in the Hawks' 1-1 week. The Hawks won 83-76 over The College of Idaho on Friday and on Saturday they lost 72-58 to Biola University. Both games were in Oakland as a part of the Holy Names Tip Off Classic.
The Hawks have two games this week. On Friday, the Hawks will take on Warner Pacific College and on Saturday, they will take on Concordia University (OR). Both of those games are in Portland.
