Menlo College junior Patrick Conte was named the California Pacific Conference Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for the dates of November 3^rd through November 10^th, 2008.

The Los Altos, California native had eight saves on the week, including six saves in the season finale versus Bethany University. Conte also scored on a penalty kick in the game against the Bruins. The Oaks went over 1-1 over the past week - falling to Dominican University last Tuesday 3-0 and beating Bethany University on Saturday 6-0.      .
