Holy Names University sophomore Agnes Silvestro finished first in the conference's championship meet and was selected as the California Pacific Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for November 2^nd through 8^th, 2010.

The San Francisco, California native finished first at the California Pacific Conference Championship meet out of a field of forty five runners with a time of 19:52. The Hawks took first place in the team competition finishing twenty-seven points ahead of second place Holy Names University.
