Mills College senior Angie Sandoval ran a 19:56 at the MJC Pirate Invitational and was selected as the California Pacific Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
The San Jose, California native finished 2nd out of a field of 40 runners. Sandoval has consistently ran faster during each of the races that the Cyclones have participated in. The Cylones finished third in the team competition finishing fifty-two points behind first place American River College.
Mills College continues their season Saturday as they run in the Bronco Invitational in Santa Clara.
