William Jessup University head men's golf coach Matthew Stewart announced the signing of Kasey Allen for the 2010-11 men's golf season.

Allen, a native of Boise, Idaho, transfers to the Warriors after a successful freshman year at the College of Idaho. In his time with the Yotes, Kasey finished with the second best scoring average on the team at 78.7. He shot his season best score of 73 in the second round of the Cascade Conference Championships. Kasey won two Men's Association tournaments this past summer. Allen played his high school career at Timberline High School, where he was a four-year member of the golf team. He was named captain three times and was named most outstanding golfer at Timberline. Kasey had two top ten finishes at the Idaho High School Activities Association Division 5A Golf Championships.

Coach Stewart said about Allen, "Kasey is a proven NAIA player and will be a great fit for our program. He will be an impact player in the California Pacific Conference." Allen said, "I felt that William Jessup would provide me with great opportunities both on and off the course to reach my potential as a person and player. I could sense the great excitement about the direction of the school and golf program. I look forward to working with the coaching staff."
