Bethany University catcher Danielle Gomez was selected as the California Pacific Conference Softball Player of the Week for the dates of April 19^th through 25^th, 2010.

Gomez, a native of Oakley, California, went 7-8 at the plate with one RBI and one run scored. The Bruins went 2-0 last week. The Bruins swept their California Pacific Conference doubleheader with Menlo College in Scotts Valley on Saturday.
