After the discovery of three ineligible players, CSU Maritime was forced to forfeit nine games including their first matchup with the Warriors. The Keelhaulers won the original game 69-54.

February 11^th - CSU Maritime 62, William Jessup 53 (Warrior Dome - Rocklin)

The Warriors led by 2 at the halftime intermission, but the Keelhaulers outscored the Warriors by 11 in the second half for the win. Alexsis Brown led the Keelhaulers with a double double of 22 points and 12 rebounds. Cassie Davidson led the Warriors with 15 points off of the Warriors' bench. Lauren Westbrook scored 15 for the Keelhaulers in the win. The Warriors out rebounded the Keelhaulers 44-39 but lost the turnover battle 24-16.
