The California Pacific Conference women's and men's basketball tournaments, newly formatted for 2010, get underway with first round action at campus sites on Wednesday, February 24.

Holy Names is the women's regular season champion with a perfect 12-0 mark. California Maritime captured the men's regular season top seed despite a three-way tie for first place with Holy Names and WIlliam Jessup. The Keelhaulers gained the #1 seed due to a better record against #4 Menlo.
In the semi-final and championship rounds the men and women will play on different days to allow more campus support for the participating schools.  All games will be played at the site of the higher seed. At stake is a trip to the NAIA national championship tournament.
