William Jessup University pitcher Kara Besseghini was selected as the California Pacific Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week for the dates of February 8th through 15th, 2010.
Besseghini, a native of Dixon, California, pitched 7 innings last week for the Warriors who went 3-3 in its first week of its inaugural season. Besseghini started for the Warriors in an 8-1 win over Biola University in Redding.
William Jessup University will continue their schedule on Thursday as they take on Academy of Art University at Mission Blue Softball Field in Brisbane.Cal Pac Sports
