Simpson University pitcher Krystal Shaw was selected as the California Pacific Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week for the dates of February 2^nd through 8^th, 2010.

Shaw, a native of Palo Cedro, California, pitched 6 2/3 innings last week for the RedHawks who went 2-1 on the week. Shaw started for the RedHawks in an 8-0 win over University of British Columbia and came in relief in an 8-2 loss to California Baptist University. In her two appearances on the mound, Shaw gave up 2 runs and 5 hits.
