Holy Names forward David Scott was selected as the California Pacific Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the dates of January 11^th through 18^th, 2010.

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Scott averaged 20 points and 9 rebounds for the Hawks in a 2-0 week. The Hawks beat CSU Maritime on Thursday in Vallejo 71-68 and won 78-74 in overtime over Simpson University in Oakland on Saturday.

The Hawks continue their 2010 California Pacific Conference schedule Saturday as they take on Pacific Union College in Oakland.
