Bethany University sophomore Rachael Estabrook was selected as the California Pacific Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the dates of November 23^rd through 30^th, 2009.

Estabrook, a native of Bonanza, Oregon, averaged 14.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in a 1-2 week for the Bruins. The Bruins lost to Western Oregon University 90-34 in Monmouth on Wednesday, lost to Corban College 76-48 on Friday in Salem and won 68-58 over Willamette University in Salem on Saturday. The games on Friday and Saturday were a part of the Bruce Henderson Memorial Capital City Classic hosted by Corban College. The tournament's namesake, Bruce Henderson, was the head women's basketball coach at Willamette University and died from a sudden heart attack last year.
