Getting To Know The Master's College:
The school was founded in 1927. It moved to Santa Clarita in 1960 and the name of the school changed from the Los Angeles Baptist Theological Seminary to The Master's College in 1985 under the direction of current president John MacArthur.

Jim Rickard is in his eighteenth year as head coach of the Mustangs. Before taking over the head coaching ranks for the Mustangs, Rickard was an assistant coach with the Mustangs and guided the team to their first NAIA National Tournament appearance. Rickard was also an excellent player for the Mustangs being named team captain all four years.
