CSU Maritime guard Lauren Westbrook was selected as the California Pacific Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the dates of November 2^nd through 9^th, 2009.

Westbrook, a native of Citrus Heights, California, averaged 22 points and had 4 rebounds in a 1-1 weekend for the Keelhaulers. The Hawks beat Fresno Pacific University 74-64 Friday and lost 84-68 to Southern Oregon University on Saturday. Both games were in Oakland as a part of the 2009 Holy Names Tip Off Classic.
