Pacific Union College junior Heather Jacobson was selected as the California Pacific Conference Volleyball Player of the Week for the dates of September 28th through October 5th, 2009.
The Clarksville, Maryland native had 14 kills and 14 digs in a 1-0 week for the Pioneers. The Pioneers beat Bethany University 3-2 on Saturday in Angwin. The win for the Pioneers was the first in volleyball competition since September 23rd, 2006.
