In a vote of the California Pacific Conference's seven volleyball coaches, Menlo College, the 2008 California Pacific Conference champions, is the choice to repeat as league champions.

Holy Names University came in 2^nd while Bethany University came in 3^rd.

This year, the California Pacific Conference will be doing a tournament to decide who is going to the NAIA National Tournament in Sioux City, Iowa. 

The final results of the coaches' poll are as follows:
