Four California Pacific Conference programs competed in last weekend's Biola Invitational. The Soka University of America's women's squad showed some depth, and the Benedictine-Mesa's men's team demonstrated some speed as the two teams turned in the best performances of the meet.

Four Cal Pac schools ran in the event, and top conference runner in the men's 8k was Hunter Murchland of Benedictine-Mesa, who crossed in 67th place in the field of 130 with a 28:05 mark. Arslan Kasimov of Soka University of America finished in 84th place with a time of 28:49. Providence Christian's Jav Beswick-Scott clocked a 33:03 to place 118th.
In the women's 5k, Soka finished 9th in the 12-team standings, led by Linden Amundsen's 19:53 time that put her in 49th place in the field of 155 runners. Antelope Valley's Daizah Pounds was 126th with a 23:37 run, BenU's Lucy Hanne recorded her squad's best time with a 26:20, and Providence Christian's Ruth Fleeman finished in 32:45.
