Bethany University volleyball coach Reed Duffus announced today that Becky Heiner and Calai Brown have both signed their NAIA Letter of Intents to compete for Bethany University next fall.

 

Heiner, a 5-11 setter/right side hitter and All-League Second Team selection, played for coach Kristi Benson-Clark at Oceanside High School. Heiner also played club volleyball with High Tide VBC.

 

Brown, a 5-8 utility player, originally from Gary, Indiana, played for coach Sandra Tissue and the Center High School Cougars. She was team captain and All-League selection as a middle blocker in her senior year and played for NorCal Select VBC.

"We are extremely excited to have Becky and Calai joining our volleyball family," said Duffus. "They are a good combination of size and athleticism, are great students and possess the drive to play for us at Bethany."
