William Jessup University recently announced the signing of Damal Neil for the men's basketball program.
Neil, a 6-5 post, is from
Spokane, Washington. He played at Spokane College the past two years for Coach Clint Hull. In both seasons, the Sasquatch made a run for the
Northwestern Community College Championship. During his
sophomore year, he led the Sasquach to a 20-8 record, winning the eastern region. Damal was voted to the NWAACC Eastern Region all-star team as well as the team's most valuable player. He averaged 13 points per game and 7 rebounds per game during his time at Spokane.
"Damal is a great basketball player and a great person. His work ethic and leadership will help our program tremendously. I am really looking forward to working with him over the next few years," says Coach Muhic.
"I want to grow not only as a basketball player but as a person and I feel that Jessup can do that for me.," said Neil.
