Head Coach Ben Gurczynski announced the signing of three high school runners for the 2009 cross country team.
The three new Red Hawk cross country runners are Wendy Hecker (North Bend, Wash.), Lupe Sanchez (San Jose, Calif.), and Janet Ashdown (Rincon Valley, Calif.).
Wendy Hecker and Janet Ashdown are the first two student-athletes to sign with the Lady Red Hawks cross country team for the 2009 season. Lupe Sanchez will be a great addition to an already deep and competitive men's cross country roster.Cal Pac Sports
