William Jessup pitcher Jennifer Sizemore tossed a shutout in a critical game, and Simpson's Kara Wall provided record-setting power, performances that earned both players California Pacific Conference Player of the Week honors in softball.

CAL PAC PITCHER OF THE WEEK

With her team in need of a victory, Sizemore took to the mound against Embry-Riddle and left no doubt, blanking the Eagles over six innings of work.  Sizemore, a senior from Laytonville, Calif., limited ERAU to seven hits while striking out three and walking none.

CAL PAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Wall concluded a week where she went 4-for-6 at the plate and belted three home runs and broke the school mark for home runs in a season.  The sophomore from Rancho Cordova, Calif., hit a homer and had four runs batted in in the first of two games against Menlo last Wednesday, and then drilled two more in the nightcap, driving in eight.  Wall, who is hitting .404 this spring, leads Simpson with 13 home runs and 43 RBI this season.
