As they did on the court during the regular season, La Sierra and Menlo, the top two seeds in the California Pacific Conference volleyball standings, dominated the placement of players on the All-Cal Pac first and second team squads. The Golden Eagles and the Lady Oaks made up five of the eight first-team members.
Menlo senior outside hitter Nicole Yap was voted the league's Player of the Year, averaging 3.7 kills per set while guiding the Lady Oaks to an 11-1 record and a tie at the top with La Sierra—which earned the top seed in the tournament due to tie breaker criteria.
Pacific Union head coach Brittany Brown was picked as the conference's Coach of the Year after leading the Pioneers to the best season in school history, finishing 6-5 in the Cal Pac and 17-9 overall.
La Sierra as a team made a huge impact in its first season competing in the Cal Pac. Individually, the Golden Eagles also stood out, having three players named to the first team and a fourth to the second team. Menlo had two first-team honorees and two more on the second team.
In other individual awards, the Cal Pac coaches selected Lauren Secchitano of Pacific Union as the Libero of the Year, Menlo's Kelly Sung the Newcomer of the Year, and Embry-Riddle's Hannah Mercurio as the Freshman of the Year.
