Holy Names University guard Aaron Kanno was selected as the California Pacific Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the dates of December 22 through January 1^st.

The Mililani, Hawaii native averaged 16 points a game as the Hawks went 2-0 in the Holy Names University New Year's Classic. The Hawks beat Bethany College (Kansas) 85-72 on Monday and beat Academy of Art University 86-67 on Tuesday.
