Menlo College wing Julian Harris was selected as the California Pacific Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the dates of December 15^th through 22^nd, 2008.

The sophomore from Fremont, California native averaged 15.6 points a game as the Oaks went 2-1 this past week. The Oaks beat CSU East Bay 70-63 on Wednesday in Atherton in California Pacific Conference play. The Oaks then took part in the Hoop n' Surf Classic in Hawaii and beat NAIA Division II #5 University of Rio Grande on Friday and lost to NCAA Division II #6 BYU Hawaii 86-52.
